General Coordinator of the project is Erik Kristensen. He will be responsible for the daily coordination and internal communication. He will also act as a moderator to the Steering Committee in the central scientific decision-making process. Thomas Valdemarsen, Ph.D. will act as Vice Coordinator. He will be responsible for overlooking and managing daily progress of the practical work (i.e. field work and development of techniques). The Vice Coordinator will work closely with the General Coordinator and both will refer to the Steering Committee.

The consortium includes partners with the necessary expertise to assure a high-quality outcome of the project. These range from scientific and socio-economic experts to technical experts and key end users that are responsible for future implementation of the developed techniques. The international dimension is assured by including four highly qualified expert partners from outside Denmark. The involved partner institutions and private companies are listed below
